Comprehensive prenatal and early postpartum support — without in-person labour attendance. This package is designed for families who want preparation, guidance, and continuity of care, while planning to birth with their medical team independently.

You’ll receive thoughtful, evidence-based support as you prepare for birth and feeding, along with reassurance and guidance in the early weeks after baby arrives.

This package includes:

  • Two prenatal visits focused on birth preparation and feeding planning

  • Education on comfort measures, labour expectations, and advocacy

  • A dedicated prenatal breastfeeding session

  • Ongoing text/email support during pregnancy

  • On-call phone support during early labour

  • One in-home or virtual breastfeeding visit after birth

  • One additional postpartum follow-up visit

This option is ideal for families who want personalized preparation and early feeding support, while choosing not to have continuous in-person birth support.

Birth Doula Support

Compassionate, continuous support throughout pregnancy and birth. This package is designed to help you feel informed, grounded, and supported as you prepare to welcome your baby.

As your doula, I provide steady guidance, reassurance, and evidence-based information so you can make confident decisions during pregnancy and labour.

Your Birth Doula Package includes:

  • Two prenatal planning visits

  • Education on labour, comfort measures, and birth preferences

  • Ongoing text/email support throughout pregnancy

  • On-call support beginning at 38 weeks

  • Continuous labour and birth support

  • Immediate postpartum support following birth

  • Basic breastfeeding support in the early hours

  • One postpartum follow-up visit

Birth doula services are offered on a limited basis.
