You’ll receive thoughtful, evidence-based support as you prepare for birth and feeding, along with reassurance and guidance in the early weeks after baby arrives.
This package includes:
Two prenatal visits focused on birth preparation and feeding planning
Education on comfort measures, labour expectations, and advocacy
A dedicated prenatal breastfeeding session
Ongoing text/email support during pregnancy
On-call phone support during early labour
One in-home or virtual breastfeeding visit after birth
One additional postpartum follow-up visit
This option is ideal for families who want personalized preparation and early feeding support, while choosing not to have continuous in-person birth support.
