Hi, I’m Kerilee - the heart behind O Lait.

A woman with blonde wavy hair and glasses, smiling, sitting at a wooden table with a white mug in front of her, in a cozy indoor setting with warm lighting and a modern interior.

Support work has always been my passion. I completed my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, with a focus on Infant & Child Development. I’ve supported children and adults with diverse needs, worked in mental health, and most importantly, currently raising our 3 children.

My background as a birth doula has shaped the way I support families. I’ve worked alongside parents during pregnancy and birth, and I’ve seen firsthand how much early feeding experiences can influence confidence, bonding, and emotional wellbeing. I have been completing my training with Childbirth International, and continue to learn through additional webinars and training sessions.

At O Lait, lactation support is my primary focus. I work with families to understand their goals, address common challenges, and build practical skills that support a sustainable and positive breastfeeding experience. My approach is calm, respectful, and non-judgmental — there is no one “right” way to feed a baby, only what works best for your family.

I continue to offer birth doula services on a limited basis, and I see this experience as a strength in my lactation work. Understanding birth, recovery, and the emotional transition into parenthood allows me to support feeding with greater context and care.

Above all, I believe parents deserve support that feels personal, unrushed, and kind. You don’t need to do this alone — and you don’t need to have it all figured out before asking for help.

I’d be honoured to support you as you and your baby learn to feed together.
